What is your return policy?
For DIGITIAL items: Due to the nature of the product, all sales are FINAL. If there is a problem with a download, please contact us to resolve the issue.
For PHYSICAL products: You have 14 days from being delivered to receive a return, however all return shipping costs (including duties and fees) will be at the cost of the buyer.
What if the item is damaged?
Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged item, and we will be happy to ship you a new one, or give you a refund.
What if my order is lost?
Once our products are shipped, any lost shipment must be taken up with the shipper. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
